If you are looking to advance your practise or work towards specific goals then you may find 1-2-1 sessions are super helpful! Working closely with your instructor means your sessions will be personalised to your level and how you train, helping you achieve new goals and push your potential. *Availability varies so please speak to Lucy prior to booking*
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact Lucy at least 24hrs prior to your session. Failure to do so will mean the session is lost and you will still be charged. You must be age 18 or over to attend these classes. Sessions must be paid in full prior to the class.
